MPRB to open new off-leash recreation area in north Minneapolis

The Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board (MPRB) approved plans for creating a new Off-leash Recreation Area (OLRA) in the Victory neighborhood in northMinneapolis at its Oct. 7 board meeting.
